Dick Minnema
Bio: Hi, my name is Dick. I am 51 years old and married to my husband Tonny. I worked as a teacher / trainer and also as Account Manager in the flower and plant business. I travel a lot for my free time, preferably to Asia. From the moment I moved to The Hague, about 15 years ago, I was enthusiastic about this city. The Hague is a city of contrasts with an international character. From urbanization to beautiful parks, country and beach, chic and folk, future and history, etc. I like to show you my city. I look forward to meeting you and exchanging experiences with each other. See you!

Geert Groenen
Bio: For 20 years now I live in The Hague and saw it change from a dull government city into a vibrant internationally oriented city that I would love to show you. I was born in 1968 and live by myself in the middle of the city center. Besides by foot, I can also show you the city while running or biking if you are into that.

Susan Ortega
Bio: I consider life as a journey. Three years and a half, my journey took me from Lima, Peru towards The Hague, The Netherlands with my husband and our basset hound. My husband was posted to work in The Netherlands; so, in order to stay together I left my career as a lawyer and diplomat. I thought that it would be difficult for me to adapt quickly to all the changes that were coming (we were also newly-wed); nevertheless, I met wonderful people in The Hague (yes, also Dutch people hahaha) who made me feel at home and welcomed. Despite my lack of knowledge of the Dutch language and my atrocious attempts of Dutch, these wonderful people helped me to find my way here in the Hague. And it is precisely thanks to them that I would like to show you around the city; so you can think of The Hague as a part of your journey in life as it is for me.
